INDIVIDUAL OUTPATIENT THERAPY

Outpatient therapy is like having a personal trainer for your mental and emotional well-being. Instead of focusing on physical fitness, outpatient therapy focuses on your mental health. You will work one-on-one with me to develop strategies, build coping skills, and explore thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. It's flexible, allowing you to schedule sessions around your daily life, and it's all about empowering you to navigate life's challenges and thrive.

Time: 50-60 minutes per session

I currently offer telehealth outpatient therapy services to clients ages 16 and older.

COMPREHENSIVE CLINICAL ASSESSMENT

A comprehensive clinical assessment is like creating a detailed map of your health landscape. Think of it as a deep dive into your well-being, where I can gather information about your physical, mental, and emotional health. I will examine your current symptoms, lifestyle habits, and even your social context to understand your overall mental health. This assessment helps me create a personalized treatment plan for you.

Time: 60 minutes

Assessments are completed virtually and will be required before your first outpatient therapy session.

CONSULTATION

Interested in therapy but don’t quite know where to start? Have questions about therapy but don’t know how to ask? Book a consultation! A consultation gives me the opportunity to get a brief overview of your concerns and presenting problems - essentially it gives me insight into why you are seeking therapy! The consultation is also a great time for us to get a good feel for one another and to help determine if our personalities match well. Remember, the counselor-client relationship is essential to a your success! If you don’t feel I am a good match for you, don’t force it. If I don’t feel that I would be a good match for you, don’t take offense!

Consultations are required before scheduling any service. This is a free, 15 minute virtual appointment.
